What is Aqoonhub?

Who can join Aqoonhub?
Anyone. Whether you are a student, working professional, business owner, fresh graduate, or simply curious — if you have a smartphone or computer and an internet connection, you can learn with us.
Do I need any qualifications to enroll?
Most of our courses are open to beginners and require no prior qualifications. Advanced courses will list any prerequisites on the course page.
In what languages are courses offered?
Courses are offered in Somali, English, or bilingual format. Each course clearly states its language on the course page so you can choose what fits you best.
How do I enroll in a course?
Create a free Aqoonhub account, browse the course catalog, select the course you want, complete payment, and start learning immediately. Free courses can be started right after creating your account.
Can I learn from my phone?
Yes. Aqoonhub is fully mobile-friendly. Every course works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Many of our learners complete entire courses using only their phone.
How long do I have access to a course?
You have lifetime access to every course you enroll in. Come back anytime to review lessons, finish at your own pace, or refresh your knowledge.
Can I download lessons to watch offline?
Selected courses offer downloadable resources such as PDFs, slides, and audio versions of lessons — useful for learning when your internet is slow or unavailable. Check the course page for offline availability.
What happens if I don't understand a lesson?
Every course includes a question-and-answer section where you can ask the instructor for clarification. You can also re-watch lessons as many times as you need.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Every Aqoonhub course awards a verified certificate of completion. The certificate includes your name, the course title, completion date, and a unique verification code.
Are Aqoonhub certificates recognized?
Our certificates demonstrate skill completion and are accepted by many local employers, freelance clients, and partner organizations. We are actively building partnerships with universities, employers, and chambers of commerce to expand recognition.
Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?
Yes. Every certificate includes a shareable verification link you can add directly to your LinkedIn profile, CV, portfolio, or social media.
What if I lose my certificate?
Your certificates are stored permanently in your Aqoonhub account. Log in anytime to download a new copy.
How much do courses cost?
Course prices vary. We offer free introductory courses, affordable paid courses, and premium specialized courses. Each course displays its price clearly on the course page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EVC Plus, Zaad, Sahal, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and select international payment methods for diaspora learners. More payment options are added regularly.
Is there a discount for first-time learners?
Yes. The first 20 students to enroll in any new course receive a 50% discount. We also run seasonal promotions — follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied with a course, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can my employer or organization pay for a group?

How can I become an Aqoonhub instructor?

Do I need professional video equipment?
No. Many of our top courses are filmed with a smartphone and a quiet room. We provide guidance on lighting, audio, and structure to help you create quality lessons with the equipment you already have.
How do instructors earn money?
Instructors earn a revenue share on every paid enrollment in their courses. We pay instructors monthly through EVC Plus, bank transfer, or international payment methods of your choice.
How do I reset my password?
